How do i transfer my data from one device to another?

So i got a new phone not too long ago and i ofc wanted to play Forge Of Empires, but after i logged in i started completely over instead of continuing were i stopped on my older phone. The login and location is the complete same as on my old phone yet none of my data is on the new one.

Does anyone know how to fix it?
